Since my initial lasik procedure at Boston Vision in the beginning of June, I’ve done all of my follow ups at the Medford office. Have to say- the staff are awesome. Very personable, accommodating, and thorough. I was anxious postop because of my increase dry eye issues, and Dr. Demiri was very reassuring and helpful by giving me tips on how to continue to improve the dry eye issues as well as immediately booking another follow up appointment 4 days later to check for improvements. Appreciate all the help.

After more than a year with Dr. Martin, I can confidently say he has made a real difference in managing my MGD. Before coming to Boston Vision, treating my condition felt like an uphill battle with no end in sight. After deciding to try IPL, I finally started seeing the results I’d been hoping for. It’s worth noting that multiple sessions are needed before noticing significant improvement, but the outcome is absolutely worth the commitment. I had an IPL treatment last year at the Wellesley office. They greatly improved my symptoms. So far, I haven't had to return for another treatment; just using drops at present. Will eagerly return for another treatment if the need arises.

I had my first set of treatments 2 years ago and the results are amazing. I went frome sore, itchy eyes to no pain or itchyness. Now I have one follow up a year.All I do is use a hot compress in the morning and eye drops maybe 3 times a yeaar.

IPL treatments are fantastic! Painless and results are immediate. I have done 2 sets of four the first year and now I will only do 1 set of four because my eyes have improved. Opening your tear glands is so important for your future vision. Go for it!!

I experienced significant dry eyes likely due to hormonal changes. At home techniques managed the symptoms. Boston Vision suggested IPL treatment. After 2 monthly treatments, I noticed a significant improvement. I no longer required daily use of eyedrops. If you use compresses during the treatment period, it helps support the improvement. The doctor was excellent and the treatment worked. Four treatments truly fixed the issue. Money well spent.
